What does the mask filter?

• Almost 100% of Particulate Matter (PM). These are particles commonly found in exhaust fumes, emissions from factory work, construction works and more.

• Almost 100% of harmful airborne viruses and bacteria.

• Various other airborne irritants/allergens such as Dust, mould spores, some odours, pet allergens and pollen.

Can the mask be washed?

The mask can simply be hand washed with detergent and hot water, please note this will not extend the life of the pm 2.5 filters as the pollution will permanently reduce the efficacy. Please do not machine wash or dry the mask.

How long can the mask be used for?

VAULT™ Masks are non-disposable and each replaceable pm 2.5 filter can be used up to 80 hours. The length of time they are suitable for depends on how polluted the environment is when you use it.

How often do I need to change the filter?

Depending on how frequently you use it. We recommend changing the filter every 4-5 days of consistent use (80 hours)


What does the valve do?

The valve assists in easy exhalation of CO2 from your mask.


Though based in Australia all of our products are shipped from our Fulfilment Warehouse. Shipping directly from our fulfilment warehouse (now our international friends) allows us to ensure the best quality control and naturally the savings are passed on to you as our customer.

IMPORTANT: Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we as well as many other business' are experiencing longer than usual handling/shipping times due to a high influx of orders and rigorous quality control procedures.

The standard shipping times are as follows:

Shipping (US): 7-10 Business Days
Shipping (Rest Of World): 7-12 Business Days

We ship to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages and while we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we can't always guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at as soon as possible.



  1. To request for a replacement, customers are required to provide photographic evidence of the products manufacturing defects/damage within 10 days to If the case meets the guidelines mentioned above, we will happily cover related cost to deliver a replacement or provide a refund.

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and processed for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee before credit is issued.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
